Board Committees

The ETSE Board of Directors has established specialized committees to enhance corporate governance effectiveness, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and conduct preliminary review of the most significant matters related to the Exchange's activities.

The committees perform detailed analysis and develop recommendations on matters within their competence before submitting them for consideration by the Board of Directors. Final decisions on matters reviewed by the committees are made by the ETSE Board of Directors within the scope of its authority.

Committees:

  • Committee on Compliance with AIFC Law, National and International Legislation
  • Risk Management Committee
  • Tariff Regulation Committee
  • Committee on Interaction with Government Authorities, AIFC and International Organizations
  • Technical Committee

The Board of Directors committees are established to ensure comprehensive consideration of key issues related to ETSE's activities and to improve the quality of management decisions. Their activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's internal documents and best international corporate governance practices applicable to regulated trading venues.
