2. Document Submission for MTF ETSE Membership

List of documents:

  1. Application for trading admission.
  2. Copy of charter with original, or notarized copy of charter.
  3. Notarized copy of Founding Agreement or extract from shareholder register.
  4. VAT registration certificate (if available).
  5. Original financial statements for the last year.
  6. State registration/re-registration certificate.
  7. Confirmation of membership fee payment.
  8. Certificate of no outstanding or unexpunged convictions of the executive body head for crimes related to economic activity and corruption.
  9. Beneficial owner information.
  10. Copy of clearing services agreement with clearing company.
  11. Documents confirming higher education of executive body head.
  12. Copy of document confirming election/appointment of executive body head.
  13. Completed questionnaire included in trading admission application.
  14. Notarized signature and seal samples.
  15. List of traders in prescribed form.

3. Clearing Account Opening

  1. Documents submitted to ETSE are also forwarded to ITS Clearing for compliance and admission procedures.
  2. ITS Clearing then informs ETSE about companies admitted to clearing participation.

4. Trading Admission

To obtain trading access, the participant must provide the following documents:

  1. Application for trading organization services indicating the selected Trading Access Mode.
  2. Powers of attorney for traders.
  3. Powers of attorney for persons authorized to sign documents on behalf of the participant (if necessary).
  4. Copy of payment document confirming payment for connection to the trading system in the selected Trading Access Mode, as well as IT services for the first month of workstation use in the selected Trading Access Mode.

After receiving the documents, MTF ETSE reviews them within 5 days and, if necessary, requests missing documents or additional information.

If the applicant meets the stated requirements, MTF ETSE registers the participant as a trading member, assigns a trading member code, and informs them of the assigned MTF ETSE member code.

Product Admission to Trading

The ability to enter into Transactions with a Product is granted after its inclusion in the list of Products admitted to Trading in ETSE Sections.

A Product is considered included in the List of traded products after approval and entry into force of the corresponding Product Specification, which is approved by MTF ETSE.

For the purposes of identifying the Product on the corresponding Basis and delivery conditions for Transactions executed on ETSE, an instrument is specified, which is included in the Product Specification.

Information on the entry into force of Product Specifications, as well as amendments and additions thereto, is posted on the ETSE website no later than 3 days before their entry into force.

Product Specification defines:

  1. Product name
  2. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the Product
  3. Units of measurement of the Product
  4. Description of the Instrument (basis and conditions of Product Delivery)
  5. Lot size
  6. Currency of prices for Products sold
  7. Price step
  8. Other delivery features
  9. The Specification may also define the starting price of the product
