Member Requirements

Requirements for Members (Participants):

  1. Legal entity
  2. No tax arrears
  3. Not in bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings
  4. Senior employees must have higher education
  5. No outstanding or unexpunged convictions for crimes related to economic activity and corruption offenses (for senior executive officer)
  6. Submission of complete package of documents required for access to trading
  7. Be admitted to receive clearing services provided by the Clearing Center
  8. Payment of membership fee
  9. At least one year of experience in the commodity market
  10. Corporate website with information about company activities

Special Requirements (for broker/dealer):

  1. The Applicant's charter capital must be at least 30,000,000 (thirty million) tenge.
  2. The Applicant's equity capital must be at least 30,000,000 (thirty million) tenge.
